抖M女仆 Recognized as Leader in Undergraduate Research

The (CUR) has selected 抖M女仆 as one of three recipients of the 2017 Award for Undergraduate Research Accomplishments (AURA). The national award recognizes institutions who have developed exemplary programs that provide high-quality research, scholarship and creative experiences for undergraduates.
贵础鲍鈥檚 (OURI) was commended on its 鈥淒istinction through Discovery鈥 program, which aims to improve student learning by creating a culture of undergraduate research at the University. According to CUR, 贵础鲍鈥檚 program 鈥渋s a thoughtful and intentional approach to the integration of research into the curriculum, and its practical and actionable plan of assessment of the impact of its undergraduate research programming provides a model for doctoral institutions.鈥
The program works to integrate research assignments into the classroom curriculum, expand the opportunities available to students who want to conduct research and inquiry and increase the support and recognition for 抖M女仆 faculty who mentor these students.
贵础鲍鈥檚 OURI actively promotes student research throughout the year by hosting the , recognizing Undergraduate Researchers of the Year, publishing the 抖M女仆 Undergraduate Research Journal, providing grants to students participating in independent research and shining a spotlight on students conducting unique research projects.
