抖M女仆 High Earns Perfect Graduation Rate Five Years Straight
The recently released Florida鈥檚 High School Cohort 2019-20 Graduation Rate and is the only district in the state with 100 percent graduation rate for five years straight.聽
In 2019-20, 抖M女仆 Lab School was one of only two districts in the state with a 100 percent graduation rate.聽
Florida鈥檚 graduation rate is a cohort graduation rate. A cohort is a group of students on the same schedule to graduate. The graduation rate measures the percentage of students who graduate within four years of their first enrollment in ninth grade.聽聽
鈥淒ata like this is the result of the enormous efforts and support for our students done by our faculty and staff each and every day,鈥澛爏aid Sherry Bees, principal/director of A.D. Henderson & 抖M女仆 High School. 鈥淭he incredible detail missing from this report is that not only are all of our seniors graduating, but they are earning placement into the nation鈥檚 top universities, into 抖M女仆, and usually graduating with their bachelor鈥檚 degree years before their counterparts at other high schools across the state.鈥
The highly selective program at 抖M女仆 High serves as a dual-enrollment prototype. Students spend their ninth-grade year in a high school classroom taking advanced coursework. This prepares them for grades 10-12, where all classes are collegiate courses taken at 抖M女仆 for both high school and college credit.
