O'Corry-Crowe and Team Publish Papers on Whale Research

抖M女仆 Harbor Branch associate research professor聽Greg O'Corry-Crowe, Ph.D.,聽and his Population Biology and Behavioral Ecology team recently聽published two papers in Marine Fisheries Review.聽The work was focused on a small, resident reproductive group of beluga whales in Alaska, which was conducted over several years in collaboration with the local community of Yakutat. The study focused on the genetic ecology, population origins and traditional knowledge of the unusual, isolated group of whales, which was also the first study of its kind in that area.
