Rules, Policies, & Procedures

Parking on campus can be overwhelming until you know the rules. Here is a quick list of do's & dont's in order to keep your University experience citation free!

  • Park in lot colors that correspond to your virtual ePermit color.
  • Do not park at meters if you have any ePermit.
  • Always park your vehicle head in.
  • ePermits are not transferable. If you will be using a rental or borrowing another car at any point please add the vehicle information to your parking ePermit.
  • NEVER park in a Disabled Spot unless you are a current disabled placard holder.
  • Always park between the lines in designated spaces. Parking along the curb or "creating your own spot" in a parking lot can cause traffic disruptions and can even place others in dangerous situations by blocking emergency vehicles.
  • Always arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get to class. ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ has plenty of spots available, however some of them do require walking or a shuttle ride.

My Parents Use the Password-protected Services for Online Billing?
From a legal perspective, the student, and not the parent(s), is the university’s client.Ìý The university therefore, is legally obligated to provide each student with the means to create his or her own personalized user name and password and to deny access to confidential information by anyone without a valid user name and password.Ìý In other words, each student must decide individually whether to provide his or her personal user name and password to parents or guardians.Ìý Although the university generally encourages sharing this information with parents for reasons of convenience and expedience, the decision to do so rests with the student and not with the University.
